DJI Ronin 2 is a professional 3-axis handheld gimbal that is highly compatible with cable cams, drones, cranes, Steadicams, and more. Its customisable mounting modes such as handheld, Car Mount, Aerial, and Tripod mode help the Ronin 2 work accurately in different shooting scenerios. Also, it new Pan Lock mode has been specifically designed for work with Steadicam.

Like Ronin, Ronin 2 was designed for handheld camera applications. Now, Ronin 2 is more versatile with aerial, car-mounting, cablecam, and Steadicam capabilities. It is also compatible with a large number of professional cinema cameras and accessories like sunshades and filters.
Higher-torque motors allow Ronin 2 to support an increased payload of approximately 30 lbs (13.6 kg), while new stabilization algorithms combine data from multiple sensors to perform smoothly in high-stress environments.
For more reliability and convenience, new features include a dual-battery system, built-in screen, adjusting knob, GPS algorithm, camera control system, and power system. These provide Ronin users with unmatched stability, power, and reliability.
